Imposter Syndrome



Not very many people like to sell.

When you decide to become an entrepreneur, however, likely you face to the reality - whether you like it or not, you have to be the sales person of your own business.


So you step out of your comfortable zone and go to the public. Talk about your business. Advertise.

But you may have a difficulty to speak highly about yourself and your business.

Why, you can say something good about someone else's business, but it is hard to do the same thing to yourself!

This psychological pattern is called imposter syndrome.
A serious, hard working person tend to have this feeling.

They can't feel they are good enough to say such a good thing about themselves. They even feel they are like a fraud.

 
Here are two local entrepreneurs in Digby and area sharing their own experiences of their journeys.
After so many years in business, they may look like confident business owners, but they are not, just like you.
